Instructions for Online Payment


Online payment can be made through CREDIT / DEBIT cards or NET BANKING from the approved banks.
  • To make an online payment please ensure that you have the following details ready with you:-
    • BH Number
    • AADHAAR or other govt. photo ID proof
  • Please enter the amount you have to pay.
  • Click Submit and check the name against the BH Number you have entered.
  • Please check the details listed to match your account / booking with us. Please ensure that the patient/ your name matches with your AADHAAR or other Govt. ID proof. In case of any discrepancy, please inform hospital staff at the Main Reception for the correction before the payment. No modifications will be allowed once the payment is done. Duplicate receipts with updated demographic details will not be re-issued.
  • Proceed with your preferred mode of payment and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your transaction.
  • Once the payment is completed, you will receive an email (on the email address that is registered with us or on the email address you provided at the beginning of the transaction).
  • Please note that the receipt you receive via email is a temporary one and the original will be available at the cashier.
  • For Home Collection Services, the original receipt will need to be collected from the respective departments to enable you to collect the physical copies of your reports.
