With leadership’s   guidance and support in terms of resources and commitment we have adopted newer systems and better processes in order to achieve safer and better outcomes. Patient safety policies and processes are aligned to achieve International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG).

At   Breach Candy Hospital   we qualitatively and quantitatively measure the quality of care we provide to our patients and their satisfaction of the   care received. This encompasses compliance to structural safety norms like equipment maintenance and fire safety, adherence to patient and staff safety processes and measurement of clinical outcomes.
