Patient Safety Approach: 

Patient Safety is top Priority of our management. With leadership’s   guidance and support in terms of resources and commitment we have adopted newer systems and better processes in order to achieve safer and better outcomes. Patient safety policies and processes are aligned to achieve International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG).

At   Breach Candy Hospital   we qualitatively and quantitatively measure the quality of care we provide to our patients and their satisfaction of the   care received. This encompasses compliance to structural safety norms like equipment maintenance and fire safety, adherence to patient and staff safety processes and measurement of clinical outcomes. 

The hospital’s Leadership actively participates in safety committee, patient satisfaction and quality assurance committee meetings.
Safety  is backbone of our patient care and we ensure that our staff  are well trained in policies, implementation with continuous monitoring   of best practices so that they deliver world class care to each patient every time.
Our Safety team comprising of Safety Officer, Patient safety Nurse and Clinical pharmacologists ensures continuous monitoring and compliance of  International  patient safety goals.
Patient and family education is integral part our care with initiatives such as patient fall prevention precautions booklets, Lactation management sessions, pre - operative care booklets to name a few.
