Kitchen

At The Breach Candy Hospital, patient meals are an integral part of the hospital’s treatment and we recognize that the consumption of a balanced diet is crucial to aid a patient’s wellbeing and recovery.

We are sensitive to the requirements of our culturally diverse patients and understand that food service quality impacts their satisfaction and overall hospital experience.

Our Menus

Food not only needs to meet individual nutritional requirements, it also needs to be appropriate for different age groups, cultural and social backgrounds as well as for different medical conditions.

Hospital diets are tailored to meet a patient’s nutritional requirement in line with the medical condition. They also cater to the varying age groups and cultural background of our patients. We offer a wide choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, both Indian and Continental.

Our highly qualified and trained dieticians use a personalized approach while discussing the day’s diet with each patient.

Our recipes are developed by our internal culinary design team and dieticians and prepared by our own chefs.
